Mercy’s Maternity/Labor & Delivery staff understands that this is one of the most important events in your life and strives to provide the support and information needed during this very exciting, yet sometimes overwhelming time.
Our specially designed birthing suites, also known as Labor and Delivery Rooms (LDR), offer the latest technology in a comfortable, safe and welcoming environment for mother and child alike. Each LDR is equipped with a birthing 
bed that allows for labor, delivery and recovery to take place in the same room. The hospital’s Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and Special Care Nursery, are ready to handle special circumstances and have a neonatologist available 24 hours a day.
Mercy offers a wide range of prenatal and postnatal classes benefiting you and your entire family, such as Preparation for Childbirth, Breast Feeding Education, Infant CPR and Home Safety Classes, Me and My Dad class and Natural Family Planning Classes.
