International Patient Center
The International Patient Center is located on the third floor near elevator A in the hospital’s main building. International patients are welcome to visit the Center Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or may call (305) 285-2735.
The International Patient Center offers patients and their families:
- Centralized admission, registration and discharge
- A private waiting area with television
- A fully equipped business center with a fax machine, photocopier and computer with internet connection
The International Patient Center provides patients with the necessary information for physician referrals to over 700 physicians affiliated with Mercy Hospital, appointments for consultations and second opinions, appointments for an Executive Health Assessment and travel and concierge services.
