The Pulmonary Care Program at Mercy Hospital specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic lung diseases.
Our program features a sophisticated state-of-the-art laboratory, inpatient and outpatient unit, respiratory care and bronchoscopy, a technique of visualizing the inside of the airways for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.

According to the to the American Lung Association, more than 35 million Americans are living with chronic lung disease such as asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) otherwise known as emphysema and chronic bronchitis.
